Menu Format -> Option Inspector, then in the fields "Show option values"
select "Global Preferences" and "by category", leave the field "Lookup" 
empty, in the left pane click on Graphics Options -> Image Bounding Box, 
enter whatever you please in the field "ImageSize" in the right pane, 
finally click on the button Apply.
