We all have seem many enhancements in Mathematica 6 -- from small to large ones. In the "small" area, for example, we now have NumberPoint at ALL levels (allowing the use o commas as a decimal point!), ImplicitPlus for mixed fractions and RawPercent a little embellished in TraditionalForm.

However, it is curious that we still do not have a proper percent sign as a unit multiplier! I mean, an stylished "%" that returns 1/100 -- or a Percent symbol with this numerical value and which is printed as %. We need something like this as much as we need LongEqual as opposed to RawEqual. Meanwhile, I'll continue to use

InterpretationBox["%", 1/100, SelectWithContents -> True]
