Typeset subscript on a operator

Hi,
how can I typeset a subscript on a binary operator? I want to typeset
a subscript symbol on the \[UpArrow] operator. The Problem is that
Mathematica handles this as binary operator and thus wants two inputs
for  \[UpArrow].
Any Ideas?
