Hi,

with

xypos = Table[{i, j}, {i, 0.05, 1, 0.1}, {j, 0.05, 1, 0.1}];

and

Apply[Append,
  Transpose[{xypos, Partition[zVals, 10]}, {3, 2, 1}], {2}]

??
