Hello,

I want to clarify some of the questions that have been asked regarding 
the release of Mathematica 6.0.3.

We send out notifications to our Premier Service customers in stages. 
This is done to ensure that all our users are able to the download the 
installers without encountering any problems, such as errors arising due 
to heavy traffic hitting the servers at the same time.

Mathematica 6.0.3 has been a very active release for us, and a very 
large percentage of our users downloaded immediately after getting their 
notification emails. This is great news to us - but it did slow down the 
notification process a bit. We are exploring other avenues that will 
make the release process much more smoother in the future.

If you experience any problems with the download process or the 
installation update, please contact our Customer Service or Technical 
Support immediately.
