Is this > expected? Thanks for any help. Jay, AFAIK, the front-end for Mac OS X is compiled and *shipped* by WRI only as a 32-bit application. So your installation is fine and what the command *SystemInformation[]* reports is correct. Regards, -- Jean-Marc
