NetLink + Intel Fortran DLL (VS2008)

Has anyone debugged any "modern" Intel FortranI10.1  DLL's linked from
NetLink - in  VS2008.

Years ago I simply "Attached to Process" InstallableNet.exe  from
Visual Studio. Now Visual Studio 2008 just complains it cannot find
the managed code ..

In the mean time, I am now trying to crack from which version of
Mathemtica/ Fortran or Visual Studio the problem started.Tedious :-(
