I don't mind the current organization or format of the documentation, but...
Many of the new image processing routines have inadequate explanation.
For example, GaussianFilter uses a Gaussian kernel with radius r and
standard deviation Sigma. No definition is provided of these two
parameters. Likewise ImageResize gives no explanation of HOW it
resizes (there are many methods). This makes it difficult to use these
functions in scientific applications.
