Newsgroup working again

There were apparently enough complaints to Google about newsgroups not
working that they fixed the problem.   I have done a test post to the
newsgroup and it appears to work.  So, please continue to post to the
group and if you don't see your posts in a couple of days, let me know.
But, I will try to test it myself to make sure it is working every
few days.
