Here was one answer on 8 Dec 09 to a similar question. http://forums.wolfram.com/mathgroup/archive/2009/Dec/msg00166.html That gives methods for drawing dynamic geometric diagrams and finding intersections of lines-lines, lines-circles, circles-circles and point-(circle tangent point). Or you can write the quadratic equations for the two circles and then use Solve or NSolve to obtain the intersections (if there are any.) Does Mathematica have a function that gives me the points of intersection if my input are the coordinates (in 2D) and the radii. Thanks, Felix
