Is it possible to render math glyphs in a non-Mathematica font? Just
try getting =D6 or =E2 to show up in anything besides Mathematica1. It
seems impossible to prevent Mathematica's replacement, regardless of
the input method, output form, or settings of FontFamily,
OperatorSubstitution, FontSubstitutions, etc.
