Hi,

Rotate[#, 180 Degree, {-1, -2, -1}] & /@ list

or

Unprotect[Rotate]
Rotate[lst_?MatrixQ,a_,axis_]:=Rotate[#,a,axis] & /@ lst
Protect[Rotate]
