If you built your Java GUI with my Super Widget Package (free from my 
site), then this is possible. You can add icons to graphical areas, and 
get feedback if these are dragged. If you have used GUIKit, you are 
almost certainly stuck, although the documentation is so sparse, it can 
be hard to tell!
