For what it's worth, I just tried the latest beta of Workbench 1.2. The program launches, and I can open the .m file and .nb file in the current project. However, when I try to open the PacletInfo.m file, I get an error. Error Opening the editor. When I look at the details, It says that there is a java.lang.NullPointerException Looks like there is a conflict between Java in Workbench and what is loaded in Snow Leopard. This could be the problem in Workbench 1.1 as well. george On Sep 17, 2009, at 6:19 AM, Syd Geraghty wrote: > Hi, > > I was prompted by your post to try Workbench for the first time since > installing Snow Leopard. > > Workbench failed to open with a message to see a log file which I > could not locate! > > I am sending this to WRI support ... there is a major bug here. > > Cheers ...
