I use CreatePalette to create a palette and then use the dialog from
Palettes > Install Palette to install it, I specify something like

   MyPalette

as the Install Name. But when I then use the Palettes menu to open that
palette, the palette's title bar shows ".nb" appended to the name.

How can I avoid the ".nb" appearing in the palette's title bar?
