Hmm...I get:

In[12]:== 10^80000<Exp[1.5*^-323228465]
During evaluation of In[12]:== General::unfl: Underflow occurred in computation. >>
Out[12]== False

but mine is still a pre-release version of 8

In[13]:== $Version
Out[13]== 8.0 for Mac OS X x86 (64-bit) (September 10, 2010)
