Checking this on Max OS X (10.6.2) --

I see no 'Save' icon, only style, alignment, Fonts, Print, Help.

It would be nice to have a save icon, but I can't see how to add one. Some programs have a menu command to format the toolbar, but I can't find it in Mathematica.
