Exporting equations as high-quality graphics

Hi, I have some equations that I would like to export as high quality vector graphics to include in a poster which I am making in InDesign. I am exporting them as EPS. I also tried comparing it with the eps export from latexit. The latexit seems to look a lot better, even when I mess with the EPS options in mathematica and put a high dpi and maximum quality. Any suggestions? Anybody with experience with mathematica equations to include in a poster? Thanks, Ramiro
