Hi You could check out the function FourierSequenceTransform[] (new in v.7), and also go to http://www.wolfram.com/products/mathematica/newin7/content/EnhancedFourierAnalysis/ComputeA2DDiscreteTimeFourierTransform.html found by Googling "mathematica 2d fourier transform".
