Dear All,

If I run the following line then it runs for a while, but later the
Mathematica Kernel crashes:

Dynamic[ImageEffect[CurrentImage[],"Charcoal"]]

My OS is win 7, I have a Bison webcam in my laptop. It happens with
other effects also.
