I am writing a small program in Flash that is similar to a Galton board with 6 pins and 4 bins. I see that there are some Galton board demos on the Mathematica site, but none that actually have an individual sphere dropping and bouncing in a life like manner. Is it possible to program a sphere hitting a pin and with a 50% probability of falling to the left and vice versus to the right?
