How can I get rid of the inconsequential but bothersome "0." that appears at the beginning of the following result? We are really talking about the derivative of 1. D[(1 + (1 - Sqrt[x]) (1.574 \[Omega] - 0.176 \[Omega]^2)), x] 0.\[VeryThinSpace]- (1.574 \[Omega] - 0.176 \[Omega]^2)/(2 Sqrt[x]) As an aside, why isn't 0.+whatever equal to whatever? Thanks
