No, but that having been said, everything there is to know about InheritScope is
discussed in the AdvancedDynamicFunctionality tutorial, which has always been
strongly recommended reading for users of Dynamic and DynamicModule.

DynamicModuleParent is not a user-accessible construct.  The only way to create
a properly populated DynamicModuleParent construct is to use InheritScope. This
might (or might not) change in the future.
