I've found this in wolfram's library: http://reference.wolfram.com/mathematica/howto/GeneratePlotsWithTwoVerticalScales.html I find it nice, because it only plots two times the required functions, but it's ticks seem to be ugly, and it cannot accept options for the plots. Matyi
