since this is an old post i'm guessing you already found the answers
yourself.

One can Transpose the arrays to go from row/col to col/row.  The
number form NumberFormat can do.  For printing pretty,  Print or Write
can show these without commas or Export likely has an option for
format.

If you use unix a utility paste(1) is very useful in making tabulated
files.

But I'm guessing you read all that already.
