Parts of your expression can be simplified using Simplify (try the first four terms, you will se what I'm implying), but the terms in the middle lack the coefficients that allow such simplification therefore the whole expression cannot be not simplified by Simplify / FullSimplify
Maybe the advise you got to post the code generating this result is worth to follow
