the integrands look quite complicated; so I guessed that symbolic processing is to no avail and tried to add 'Method->{Automatic, "SymbolicProcessing"->0}' to all the calls of NIntegrate.
The progrum runs ~5 minutes until it reaches delta = 0.97*Pi and then Mathematica has a real hard time with NDSolve. I tried 'Method->"StiffnessSwitching"' but without success :(
Maybe someone with more experience in using NDSolve can help?
