Why would you need a notebook for that. A notebook represents a syled document, mixing text and programs, inputs and outputs etc. It seems that what you need is an .m file holding functions that you want, and then you can upload them, call the functions defined in this .m file with different arguments It seems a good idea to read how to generate packages in mathematica yehuda
