Now i know that the problem is that NDSolve cant solve DAE including Sign of dependent variables, because it means the configuration of equations will be changed, i found in new version(mathematica 9), mathematica offered WhenEvent function , so i am studying how to apply that to my problem.
If you have any suggestion please advise me.
