I have minimization objective function(attached file):
we know that the f(s) is a convex function so, we can get optimal solution for this problem.
Is it possible to get this result with Mathematica? How? numerically or exactly?
I write codes in Mathematica,However it could not find the optimal solution. please see the attached file.
