| A developer asked for this diagnostic information.
- In the Task Manager, select Mathematica for Windows, right-click on it,
and choose "Create dump file". It might be too big to email; please
use http://upload.wolfram.com and for the Recipient, type support.
- Run the system utility dxdiag. This is typically in
C:\Windows\SysWOW64
or
C:\Windows\System32
It can also be run from a command-prompt window.
Click the Save All Information button and send the file to student-support@wolfram.com.
