I'm doing a paper which contains a few graphs made in Mathematica 5.0. I need to modify some of these, but getting the fonts correct in Illustrator proves a problem. When the graph in Mathematica is in Times, minus-signs don't appear once it's pasted into Illustrator. I have found that this is because while numbers are written in Times, signs (and probably other symbols too) are not. They are actually MathematicaMono. Is there any way to change this, so that when I use this command line...

Plot[x^2, {x, -2, 2}, TextStyle -> {FontFamily -> "Times", FontSize -> 10}]

...I can be sure that all text, including signs, is done in Times?
