How do you automatically, or with the use of some command save the information you've been working with or that you have calculated to a file ? Similar to what Export[] does, but that requires you have names and types etc. I would like to just have all that done for me. So if a have spent a couple of days to get an answer i want that information to be available for use in another session and/or computer, program etc
