This error message typically shows up when you have made a modeling error. Diagnosis is very hard without having the model. Please ask the user to make a "Save Total" of the model and send to us.

The Save-Total file can be ZIPped and emailed to student-support@wolfram.com, or
uploaded via http://upload.wolfram.com (for the notify address, use "support").
