I regard your problem as how to interpolate the given data in order to get a smooth enough curve.

So, To increase the optional parameter-InterpolationOrder (the default value is 3) to 4 or 5 will smooth the curve by interpolation. You can change it according to your data.

Once the curve is smooth enough, the 1st and 2nd derivative plots can also obtained normally. If the interpolated curve is not smooth, there will be singular point in the 1st and 2nd derivative graphs.

Additionally, another parameter-Method will also affect the smoothness of the curve. So, please try different interpolating method. See the Help document for details.
