You should post the code you used to generate this. Not the final result and then ask for help on it, since the solution can be in the way you started the process.
i.e. instead of showing the final result, and then ask how to 'fix' the final result, show the process itself, i.e. the code you used since it can be better written to avoid this in the first place.
