http://reference.wolfram.com/mathematica/ref/FinancialData.html, under More Information, says,
"FinancialData can retrieve data on U.S. and other stocks, mutual funds and other financial instruments, as well as indices, and currency exchange rates."
CountryData has some electricity-related numbers, but not price.
I think you will have to do your data gathering outside Mathematica and type in into the notebook or into a file to be read.
