a) When 8++ is actually released, there will be an unsubtle announcement on www.wolfram.com.
b) Information on new features will be on the web site. Upgrade information will be sent in email to Premier Service subscribers and available through Customer Service. DO NOT call or email Tech Support to ask about these topics.
