I have the following attached program in mathmatica. I want to fit the function 'model'to some experiemental 'data' that can be imported to the notbook. My fitting parameters are r, f, a ,b, c11, and d. However the output of 'model' is some numeric data. Hence I can not use FindFit. I am storing the output of the 'model' to a List 'v'. Could any one suggest a way to do this fitting. Automatic fitting will be great !Is there any way to compile the function and then use that as a fitting function ?
