In Mathematica 5.2, I used to be able to run the whole notebook by going to Kernel -> Evaluation -> Evalute Notebook.
But in Mathematica 6.0, that choice is gone! Isn't there any easy way in Math 6.0 to tell it to run the whole notebook?
