Hi,
I was woundering what the best way of changing the color of a 3D ParametricPlots in mathematica 5.2 . I know that the lightsource option can be used to have this effect but I want several parametricplots colored differently in the same image. I also know color can be specified as the fourth option in the parametisation of the ParametricPlots but this involves setting Lighting->False which then makes the Cuboids used in the image turn black. Is there a better way? Perhaps using something like the below but with a ParametricPlot3D instead of Sphere[].

<< Graphics`Shapes`

Show[Graphics3D[{
SurfaceColor[GrayLevel[0.2],
GrayLevel[0.8], 5], Sphere[]}]]

Thanks
John
