I have some bad pixel "noise" (high value) on an image and need to completely remove them. things like MovingAverage, smooth the data out but still dont remove that noise.
Igor has this great filter that works: so called "MatrixFilter Median"...is there an equivalent with Mathematica 6,
or anything else you think might work?
