Is there a (symbolic) Hankel transform feature in Mathematica? Also, it seems that

\!\(InverseFourierTransform[1\/\((1 + u\^2 + v\^2)\)\^2, {u, v}, {x, y}, FourierParameters -> {1, \(-1\)}]\)

cannot be solved by the software although it has a closed form solution involving Bessel functions. Please advise.
