Change your five equations

S1'[t]->Alpha*
...
to

S1'[t]==Alpha*
...

Change your

NDSolve[eqns, S1[0]=48, S2[0]=12, Inf[0]=1, Qu[0]=1, M[0]=9, {S1[t], S2[t], Inf[t], Qu[t], M[t]}, t, {t, 0, 100}]]

to

NDSolve[{eqns, S1[0]==48, S2[0]==12, Inf[0]==1, Qu[0]==1, M[0]==9}, {S1[t], S2[t], Inf[t], Qu[t], M[t]}, {t, 0, 100}]]

Define your Nac[t] to have a specific concrete real numeric value for all t.

See if that are all the fixes needed to make this work. If not the post a revised version with all the changes you have made.
