You will almost certainly have a new MathID which will
require a new password. Most users use the Customer
Service email address, register@wolfram.com. The turn
around is usually pretty quick (during regular Illinois,
USA business hours, no weekends), but I do not have any
predictions. If you are concerned you might write to
Customer Service ahead of time.
