I've had to reinstall Mathematica many times now because of problems
with my laptop. What you can do is install Mathematica. It will give
you up to 30 days without entering a new MathID. After that you need
to either enter or delete Mathematica from your hard drive.
To get a new MathID, simply email register@wolfram.com.
You should include your name and License Number. You should expect
a resonse within a week.
