Hi,
I'm reposting this as haven't got a response. Help!
When reading in data from .tar.gz archives, I'm getting a problem where it doesn't read a file because the path length is too long (I think) - it truncates the file name and then comes up with "././@LongLink":
{
{"cupcake_output/genie_eb_go_gs_ac_bg_sg_rg.worbe2_preindustrial_1_\
open.txt/biogem/biogem_series_ocn_"},
{"././@LongLink"}
}
Is there anyway to get round this problem without having to run my experiment again with a reduced path length for files in the archive?
Greg
