Hello I was just wondering how i would plot this. I have tried with Plot3D however it gives a completely wrong result. I have also tried 'implicitplot3d' to no avail. Any help would be much appreiciated. thankyou in advance!

ps. again it is f(x,y) = (x^2 + y^2)^0.25
