When I go to Pallets->Algebraic Manipulation, instead of opening the useful form with buttons on it that make algebraic simplifications and manipulations, Mathematica loads a new notebook titled, "AlgebraicManipulation.nb". This just started randomly, with no clear cause. I really enjoyed the usefulness of the pallet and would be very appreciative if someone could figure this out. Thanks in advance.
Here's a picture of the notebook that starts when I click the button which normally opens the pallet.
