If you click on the small + sign on the top right there is a popup menu
click on
"Paste snapshot" and this will generate an input cell with all the parameters of Manipulate with fixed values (i.e., a1, b1 and rand
If you mean that you want also the specific values of the data in the graph this is another question. It can be done, but please ask for this specifically
